Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. We have a friendly team of drivers picking up and dropping off tabletop sterilizers throughout Southern California. Charges apply. Call for a quote.

Can we drop our autoclave off for repair?

Absolutely! If you have a tabletop sterilizer that needs repair and you’ve got a strong back yes, you’re welcome to drop your autoclave off for repair.

How long will it take to repair my tabletop sterilizer?

We do our best to provide you with a repair quote within 48 hours. Once we receive your approval, we’ll make every effort to complete the repairs within 72 hours.

How long will it take to repair, maintain or certify my freestanding autoclave?

Freestanding autoclave certification typically takes 1 hour per unit. Preventive Maintenance (PM) typically takes 1-1.5 hours per unit, while the time necessary to repair your freestanding autoclave can vary greatly, you can expect 1– 2.5 hours on average.

Do you service and repair freestanding autoclaves on-site?

Yes. We service and repair freestanding autoclaves/sterilizers onsite.

Do you repair tabletop sterilizers on-site?

Typically, no…we prefer to repair tabletop sterilizers in our facility. This enables us to run the sterilizer several times during in order to diagnose the problem(s) you’re experiencing. We’re also able make absolutely sure that your autoclave is operating to manufacturer specifications.

Do you offer sterilizer rentals?

Yes. We have an extensive inventory of tabletop sterilizer available for rent while your sterilizer is out for repair.
